Please read carefully before using the service

1. Membership Requirement

  • Only users with an active, paid membership can book appointments, create notices, or submit special requests.
  • Non-members are not allowed to use these services.

2. Appointment Booking Limit

  • A user can book a maximum of 2 appointments per doctor in one month.
  • A minimum gap of 15 days between two appointments with the same doctor is mandatory.
Example: Appointment on 1st December → Next allowed on 16th December or later.

3. Appointment Request Timing

  • Requests are accepted only one day before the appointment date.
  • Allowed time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Example: For 9th December appointment, apply on 8th December between 9 AM – 6 PM.

4. Automatic Approval System (AAA Score)

  • Every day at 7:30 PM, appointment requests are automatically approved or rejected.
  • Approval is based on AAA (Average Appointment Approval) score.
  • AAA score is calculated from the average gap of last three appointments.
  • Higher AAA score = Higher priority.
  • Final approval depends on doctor availability.

5. Notice Policy

  • Only active members can create and get notices approved.
  • Notice must be created at least 7 days in advance.
Example: For notice on 8th December, apply on or before 1st December.

6. Special Request Appointments

  • Special requests should be used only in genuine emergencies.
  • Allows same-day appointment.
  • 15-day gap rule does not apply.
  • Notice can be created on the same day or before 7 days.
  • Approval depends on EC Members’ discussion and availability.
⚠ Misuse, no-show, or false requests may lead to account suspension or permanent blocking.

7. Misuse & Account Action

  • Misuse of appointment, notice, or special request may result in rejection of future requests.
  • Management and EC members’ decisions will be final and binding.
